PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS
KeyStone Center constantly monitors the quality of our services through a variety of methods. Upon discharge, each patient completes a satisfaction survey to help us collect feedback on the environment of care, the staff, the program, the food and cleanliness of the building.
